RETURNS POLICY
Was your artwork damaged in shipping?
If the artwork is damaged in transit, on proof of damage, we will either offer you a CREDIT on KariRichardsonArt.com or offer you a discount should you wish to keep the artwork. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the artwork at: hi@karirichardsonart.com. We will be able to offer credit once the artwork has been returned to us. Please reach out to us right away to report the damages. Thank you.
Faulty items will be fixed or replaced if possible.
Kari Richardson Art.com is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
